Terms of Service
Last updated: November 2026.
Legal age and identification
Only Ontario adults aged 19 or older may request or accept delivery, and the recipient must present valid government photo ID at the door before the order changes hands.
A request is not a completed purchase
Sending the website form creates a delivery request only, and no purchase is complete until availability, the final total and the delivery estimate have been confirmed and approved.
Supplier information and sample offers
Supplier availability and prices can change before confirmation; the deal cards illustrate sample offers rather than assured discounts, and any applicable offer, item selection and price must be settled by text.
Delivery estimates and order thresholds
About 45 minutes after confirmation is a typical estimate rather than a guarantee, the minimum order is $40, delivery is free over $80 and service operates daily from 9am to 11pm.
Cash payment at the handoff
Payment is COD at the door for the final amount confirmed in the order thread, so the customer should be prepared to pay when the driver arrives.
Responsible use and questions
Keep cannabis secured from children and pets, follow package information and never drive impaired; questions about these terms can be sent to [email protected].
